At Aplós Studio, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our jewelry. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our return policy provides you with options.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please note that we do not offer free returns or accept exchanges. You may receive a refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping charges.

How to Initiate a Return

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging and with their original contents.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders and personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Inspections and Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and initiated inspection. We will inspect all returns for signs of wear or use to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. After inspection of your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved or not. Please allow 5 to 10 business days upon our receipt of your return to inform you of the decision regarding refund eligibility.

We will not accept returns if our inspection reveals that the items have been worn or altered (except for fitting purposes). These items will be returned to the customer without notice. If a returned item is found to not meet our return policy criteria, a refund will not be processed and we will only issue a store credit for the amount used to purchase the returned item. This store credit will be valid for 1-year from the original purchase date of the item.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
